JASMINE RICE 100gr

Jasmine rice is a variety of long grain rice that has a characteristic aroma and flavors. Its name is due to the jasmine flower that has a sweet aroma and is grown in Southeast Asia. 

This variety of rice is very representative of Thai cuisine, so much so that it is sometimes called Thai rice. This rice must be drained in water before being cooked because it has extra starch content. The grains of this variety of rice tend to stick together when cooked, showing that they have less amylopectins.
