CHINESE PARSLEY 150gr

Chinese parsley is a biennial plant, during the second year of cultivation it flowers and after flowering, it dies. Its stems are straight and ascending from 25 to 45 cm. Its roots are thick and similar to a small bulb. The leaves of Chinese parsley are curly, more divided, with a light green color and are less aromatic than flat parsley. Its flavor is mild and sweet.

The essential oil of curly parsley stimulates our appetite and increases blood flow to our stomach and uterus. If you eat the roots it activates the kidneys and is also used in prostate inflammations. If eaten raw and fresh it will work as a good digestive and will relieve gas and inflammation.
