CHICHARRON PASTA SMALL SQUARE 1kg

Chicharron paste is a fried flour with a very peculiar flavor, a crunchy, soft and delicious texture. The flour chicharrones are made from a paste of flour, salt, water and carbonate.

This paste is boiled and then poured and molded on aluminum trays and left to cool. The chicharrones should be dried under the sun and turned over several times (until they are dry). Once dry, the chicharrones are fried in lard, drained and bagged.
