The Japanese orange is a plant derived from citrus fruits, with the same preparation of the fruits and the tree but in a smaller size, hence its common name of dwarf orange, despite its excellent fruit, its greatest commercial interest is for decorative use.

It is a preventative fruit of cancer, through its properties as flavonoids, carotenoids, so it exerts power to act as an efficient anticancer agent.
