SPINACH 150gr

The spinach that we commonly consume in our salads or various dishes, is the fruit of a plant of the same name, and scientifically named Solanum Melongena.

It is an edible vegetable similar to a berry that can measure between 5 and 30 cm in length, has an oblong, cylindrical and elongated shape. It is covered by a shiny and smooth skin that may vary in color depending on the variety. Its origin is in the East, specifically in northeastern India, China and Burma.

Among its main benefits are the contribution of antioxidants and protect the liver, in addition, its fiber content makes it excellent for eliminating cholesterol, and contributes to digestion. It provides significant amounts of potassium, which makes it an excellent diuretic, as it reduces blood pressure and eliminates liquids. As it contains few carbohydrates, it is excellent for sugar control.
